Does he love me?

Ok. I have liked this kid (and were in 8th grade) for a long time. When i stopped liking him he finally liked me. Then i told him i liked him and he acted all funny around me. He wouldnt talk as much and didnt IM me when i got online. So i asked him why he hadnt been talking to me and he said "i love u"...twice. My friends also said that we play eye tag and he watches me to see if i laugh at his jokes. Do you think he likes me, secretly?

Yes, it sounds like he likes you. You can't just go on what I say though.Just keep being his friend, let him make the first move.
