Ok so what are you supposed to wear to a semi-formal!?
I don't want to look dumb and wear a dress
but I don't want to be under dressed?

wear nice pants, nice black pants, maybe heels and a nice blouse, not too dressy, not too formal. In otherwords semi-formal. lOl. . . hOpe i helped. -Angel
