Okay a girls cherry is their hymen ((i believe)). And it doesn't exactly get broken. The saying is "pop ur cherry" And it gets "popped" by having sex. Meaning losing your virginity. In my opinion no one that is unmarried should have sex. Especially an 11 year old. So no I don't think that is safe because she could get pregnant.

A cherry is also known as a hymen and it's located inside a girl's vagina! It's a piece of skin that blocks the entrance to the inside of you! It can be broken by doing any thing physical like getting fingered, masturbating, riding a bike, sitting wrong, etc.! And about your friend, it's her choice and she can do whatever she wants, but in my opinion, I really don't think she should have sex, since she is really young and still developing! Hope I helped :)

gosh.. what's up with all the cherry questions? ok, a girls cherry is a soft tissue partly closing the vagina. it gets popped by doing many things, like riding horses, tumbling, stretching, etc. you don't have to have sex to pop it. ok i think 11 is really young to have sex! it isn't safe.. but age doesn't matter. sex wont be safe even if your 30. if she has sex, that's her decision, but honestly i think 11 is too young.
