Okey, first of all, you have to be familiar with him, you know, be friends with him. If you dont, then trust me, you wont really have a good time. Anyways, once you get to know the guy, then go up to him confidently and ask him if you wanna go to the mall or something. I suggest that you go to a movie, the mall, or a festival or something. Some place where you can do stuff. I wouldnt suggest that you go out to eat cause that brings awkward silences. So, yeah, bad idea. Anyways, once you get to know him, go on a couple dates and all that stuff, then maybe, just maybe, you just might snag a kiss from the guy. But a perfect kiss isnt always predictable. When its just that perfect moment, you'll get that kiss. You can trust me on that one.
