I am in 7th grade and I weigh 154 pounds. I am only 5 '2. I know I am overweight and I try to diet but it never works! I love to eat sweet food. I never shkop with my friends because I hate being the one who wears the largest size. All my friends tell me that my weigh is fine as long as I am a nice person. I know that I am nice but to me, that doesn't really matter much. I need to lose some weight!!
Please answer me ASAP I feel like I'm gaining pounds by the second!!

In bettween they give you advice how to lose weight with out really pushing it. EX: When open up the fridge think about what is healthy and not what you want to eat. Only eat when your body tells you to eat. Only eat 3 meals and maybe a snack around the day time. Cut down on those swwweeeeeeeetttttts. Make sure you are active and participate in sports. TIP 2: Go jog to your friends house or bikeride to a near park. Stop whatching that T.V. and get moving!!
