Question Posted Thursday December 23 2004, 2:45 pm
I just got my drivers license and I was out driving and I ran over a cat. It happened to be my best friends cat Pricilla. She loved that cat more than anything. I didn't want her to get mad at me so I drove away and didn't tell her what happened. She is really sad and angry at the person who did this, but she doesn't know who it is. I feel really guilty and I don't want to tell her because I am afraid she will hate me!!
HELP!

The truth is even though it was only an accident you need to tell your friend. Chances are she will get mad. But if you have a good friendship with her then she will forgive you. you can try to make it up to her by getting her a kitten from a nearby animal shelter. You will be making your friend feel better and you will be giving a homeless kitten a great new home.
