If you're the one who said you would "**** me up if I came into your chatroom again," you're never coming back.
If you're anyone else, then when someone gets banned they get unbanned in like a week tops, so just wait it out, sorry for any inconvenience.
You can't ban someone from the chatroom, only chat ops can.
