dancindanger answered Wednesday December 22 2004, 4:22 pm:
I did many crunches in a day, replaced sodas with water, ate healthy, and I didn't stay on the computer all the time. I went walking with some friends for about an hour. I count my calories. Once I eat something, I count how much I ate and write it down. If you go walking for even only 30 minutes twice a week, you can speed up your metabolism, which makes you less hungry, which means you have a lower calorie intake. Hope I helped, and I can always give you more tips if you need them!
