theres this guy, grant. ive known him for 5 or 6 years. and ive like him for a long time...over a year. and according to his best friend, he likes me too. but the problem is we live about an hour or so away, and we only see each other a few timesa month. should i just forget about him and move on, or...i dont know.

Well, there are a bunch of factors that come into play with this. First of all, how possible is it to see him (more than you already do)? I mean, if neither of you can drive and your parents aren't willing, it might be a little difficult. But I'd say the major thing you need to consider is simple..is he worth it to you? If you want to be with this guy, then talk to him. You might be able to work something out =)Some long distance relationships CAN work. Good luck!
