I really want to get into shape! I want something that will actully work! Do you have any ideas where your stomach will flatten besides crunches? please help!

Hey, sorry it took me so long to answer your question. A flat stomach won't come right away, but you can work towards it. Do daily exercises. Start with a few, and keep adding more every day. Some exercises that you could do are sit ups, crunches, walking, running/jogging, riding a bike, or working out on exercise machines (such as a treadmill). Hope this helped you.
