First off, you're not a slut. Second, you shouldn't be having sex at that age and Third, if a guy pressures you into it, you CAN report him! I'm not saying this to lecture you at all.
Now onto your question. The best way to tell her, is to honestly just sit her down with no distractions and tell her face to face. Don't write a note, text, email or call her on the phone. Sit her down and tell her what happened from the beginning and about you being pressured into sex.
Tell her about the pregnancy and discuss your options. Make sure you have a plan and idea on what you think you might want to do. Don't wait too long to tell her, because having a child at your age is very dangerous. There are many options available though!
