Ok Katie, I really need your help because i've been battling this for a while and I can't seem to get through it. I am totally uncomfortable with myself. I've done everything, starved myself, made myself throw-up and ran 2 miles and worked out for about a week, but nothing works. I am really getting depressed and i don't what to do, but I know that you've always been there for me and I know that I can always count on you, and I'm sory if I ever leave you out of anything or if I totally turn my back on you, because I heard that wierd behavior happens in my situation. So I need your advice.

I hope this doesn't affect anybody elses questions, but I used to be annorexic. I hated myself and even considered suicide. I had to go to therapy every week and my parents would never leave me by myself, afraid that I'd try to lose weight by working out, or by starving myself. NEVER become belemic (or however you spell it) (but its when you eat something, and then throw it back up again.) I can seriously hurt yourself and damage your vocal cords. I know somebody that was belemic and now they can barley talk. Plus, back when I was annorexic, I was down to about 69 pounds (at age 12) and I almost had to be hospitalized. This is a very serious situation. To get rid of these depression feelings you need to seriously talk to somebody you trust.(Ill always be here if you need me) or, you can talk to your parents, a counseler, or you can ask your parents to get a phychiatrist for you (I had one, and she was wonderful, so if you want her name, please ask me)---- working out is fine, just so long as you dont over do it. First, you need some help with your body image. It's called a "distorted image" that you are experiencing and you need to get some help. Trust me, parents, friends that you trust, or a phychiatrist. They really help you with these things. I think that I know who this is, so if you are reading this, please tell me that its you and I seriously can help you. I've been through this before and I know how it feels. Please Please Please call me asap. 817 788 1436
