I like to go jogging in the park a lot, but I've heard from some people that it's really tough on my joints, especially knees. My knees and ankles are sore after I run, but I can't think of a better activity to do for my heart, you know what I mean? Is running really so bad? Am I going to crumble into nothing someday, or can I just drink lots of milk and be fine? working out is my thing and sport i like to do

Talk to your parents- and see if they can get you into a doctor. Maybe they have some kind of brace they can give you for your knees and ankles so you can continue to run. If they can't get you a brace or a gaurd- there are many more excersises you can do to stay healthy. Look into work out videos or something along those lines. Milk is good for calcium in your bones, I don't know about the effects on your muscles. I don't think there is any. Hope I helped!
