thats not nice for him to talk behind peoples back.. which i hate that lol.. but to me it seems that he is trying to hide that he may like you.. certain guys do different things to show their emoition to girls. Once i liked this guy and he acted like a jerk but it eventually was that he liked me. Just calm down and don't worry about it, you could ask him to stop, or ignore him.. either would probably work.
