I really don't think there is a "Type" for anyone. Just people that get along.
Think about it....Do you and your crush get along, do you both laugh at the same things, hate/like the same things. If you answer yes to these questions than the answer might be that she likes you. But she could be one of those girls that don't see you in the same way as you do. In other words, she may not like you more than a friend.
