i like this guy n im not sure if he likes me. hes really nice n sweet to me but im still not sure. i'm afaid that if i tell him that i like him he'll be scared of me. we're friends and i dont wanna ruin that. please help! thanks!

Hmm, well this is a very common situation that all girls go through at some time or another. You basically have two main ways of approaching this issue. Whicever way you decide to go with should be the one you feel most comfortable with. You could: 1) Take a risk, take the intiative, be brave and ask the guy out or casually suggest that you are interested in him--you could do this by flato ut saying it, or inviting him over to study, or inviting him to hang out (with yourself or group), compliment him and wrtie him a note, or tell his best friend (you know he's going to tell him!) OR 2) Lay low, not take any major risks and just keep on doing what you are doing with a touch more flirtyness and hints added into the mix. Like ask his a question about an assignment in class, compliment his clothes or hair, strike up a causual convo.
Each of these ways would work; I personally think the first option would be more effective, but the choice is ultimately yours.
Here are some key things to look for: Is his sweetness and niceness sincere, if he like this with all the girls, does he show genuine interest..Ask yourself those things..if he's acting this way to all the girls...you know he's not really that into you, but rather all girls.
If he is interest in you and he gives good responses, let it go from there. If it doesn't work out, remember there are TONS of boys out there. Good luck! :)
