i smoke and it is so hard to stop! it is so tempting to have a cigarette when it is there!! how can i help stop the cravings!? please help??!?!?!?

WEll, i guess you can kinda compare this to a diet. like if u c sumthing and u kno u have to resist it...it usually works bc u remember that in the end after all the tough times that u have to resist what u like...in the en dit pays off...u eventually get what you want out of it!!

IDK if itll work for u specifically but i definetly suggest you try it and c if it works!!
