How do you RATE Advice Columnists?

how do you get rates and earn points? So then i can rate some people and ask people to rate me. Please i really wanna know. Thanks...

If you ask people to rate you then your very likely to get a one or a two as a ratings. It annoys people and makes it seem as though your only concerned with ratings and don't really care about helping someone.

Also, getting rated doesn't earn you "points" You won't be cooler with a higher rating. And you won't get more questions just because you have a higher rating.
