I think that she means to circumcize you (cutting off the foreskin on the top of your penis that 50% of males usually get cut off when they are born). It wouldn't be to castrate you, (cutting off your penis) because, it would be pretty hard to have sex after she did that now wouldn't it? I don't think it's much to worry about.
