What if you have this friend who totally hates you for like a day and then you're best friends again, but you don't want to hang out with the girl anymore and she just doesn't get it? What would you do? Cause I feel bad just dumping her or whatever, but she's really annoying...

just tell her that she's been reallly rude and confront her to her face! just tell her you don't feel comfortable hanging out with her b/c of how she's been... you don't have to feel bad, b/c if you keep her as a friend, then it'd be a "pity" friend and im sure none of you guys would like that.. so... i hope this helps, b/c i've never dealt with something like this before! :
