im a girl but i also have a man's genetalia, and my frends see me with a boner, what should i do, confess or hide????? please help

well... i'm stumped i've never heard of a girl with that.. r u sure ur a girl? maybe u should check that out first! well u should tell them that and hopefully they'll understand and won't make fun of u.
