does any1 know any hair tips or anything i can do to get the paris hilton look? I rate! thanks!

Paris Hilton has like this tassled look, just LIGHTLY curl your hair and get some scrunch hair spray and put it on and just gently scrunch your hair and kinda mess it around! hope i helped!

Well, right after you wash your hair, (make sure you use conditioner) blow dry it straight. You should have someone else do it for you so it turns out nice from the back as well.
