~Weight~Loss~

Question Posted Tuesday November 2 2004, 6:26 pm

Hey! I am 13 years old and I am overweight. Well I never really thought I was overweight but then like 3 different people called me fat! I cried for a long time then realized I had to do something about it. I was wondering if you know any good workout routines or diets that would be safe for me to try. I appreciate all the help I can get! Thanks!
Love,
Sammy D.
