I dont know what to put this under but ok here it goes my best friend is 13 and to scared to ask neone else bout this but she was wonder if the nipple was the last part to develop on breasts

If you answer I will rate you high no matter what

Heh.
You know what, I think it may be the last part to develop. 'Cause mine aren't fully develloped and I'm 17. If she's wondering if she's normal, I'm sure she is, 'cause I am. Feel free to ask me anything you want/need to. I answer everything I can. I hope this helps your friend!
