You know the Cereal Bars, that have the Cerial and dried milk? Well me and my friend are bored and want to try to do it. But I was wondering how did they get the milk to be dry? lol I know its stupid but oh well.

its not milk in those things its the stuff in the middle of oreos...lol...i have no idea what that stuff is called..umm...maybe you could get a bunch of oreos and thenget the white stuff out of them and then just make it like that..lol

Well, it's not milk, lol. It's frosting really. You need to get vanilla frosting or any flavor frosting. Hope this helped.
