i really like the guy(alex) in my alegbra class,but now my friend lori has told me that she like him but she also likes his bro more. she tells alex to pretend to go out with her and they prepend and it gets on my nerves. yesterday i was all sad cuz she wants to ask him out then she ask me if i like him and of course i said no but i really do like him. he is always flirting with me and does anything to make me laugh or talk to me and i have a feeling that he likes me so i don't know what do.i really do like him!

It sounds like she's just tryin to move in on your territory! You need to be up front with her and tell her that you DO like Alex. If she fesses and says that she really does like Alex, you need to talk it out, and if either of you decide it's okay for the other to pursue something with him, go for it! If not, you should both move on. A guys is NOT worth ruining a friendship!
