hey...um...well i am a growing girl and i want to stay really skinny(how i used to be) i mean i hate how i look so i want to lose a few pounds.. ne ideas?? i already do 40 situps a day..do i have to do any other physical activities?kuz most the time im busy with helping ppl out on here!! so plz help!! *-x-*A*-x-*

Well, since you're still growing, I'm gonna be honest with you, you may gain weight even if you don't want to. Not in a bad way, mind you, but your chest will get bigger, you'll have hips, and maybe a butt. Nothing bad, you can still stay skinny. Sit-ups is a good start, but you can do more. Try push-ups, bellydancing ( I swear it worked for me.), leg lifts. Be more active, and watch what you eat. Drink lots of water, to keep your system clean. And don't eat when you're bored, I know its hard, thats a battle I'm still trying to overcome, but I'm almost there. MAke sure you stretch before you exercise, so you don't pull anything.
