Dear boring life,
well.. I dont know.. All I can say is that you should just talk to a girl that you like and tell her that you like her.. Why does she have to be a rocker? If you like a girl, then dont label her.. But yeah.. Talk to the girl you like and get to know her better, let her get to know you.. and then you can ask her out.. Good Luck!
