Well, I consider it to be second. I know people that consider it to be third because it's more "dirty" I guess. To me, third base is "wet" if you wish? Meaning being fingered, having a guy eat you out, or giving a guy a blow job. Because it has to do with bodily fluids basically. I consider it to be second base though. Hope this helped.
