Rest assured: there is nothing wrong with masturbating and it is quite normal. As for how <i> much</i> you do it - it all depends on your own comfort. Masturbate as much as you want, as long as, er, it's not interfearing with certain things, such as, eating, for example - you should be fine.
My greatest advice to give you about your penis size is not to worry so much about it. If you're wondering if it matters to girls because you're planning on having sex, then honestly it shouldn't matter very much at all. Most of the pleasure a girl gets out of sex is all done with her clitoris, which is just outside of the vagina. Any other pleasure is about a few inches in. I think guys worry far too much about penis size - it really doesn't matter as much as they seem to think. Personally, I wouldn't want to bother with a monsterous-you-know-what. I have to add here that if you are in fact planning on having sex, please please <i> please</i> use a condom.
If you're worried your girlfriend won't be turned on, again, stop worrying. She'll be more focused on what you do to <i>her</i>, anyway - and if she cares about you at all, she won't think anything bad.
