Relaxing more and making love when you are less tired can often be extremely helpful if your erection loss is chiefly psychological in nature. Once a man loses his erection, the next time he wants to have sex he may worry that it will happen again actually causes him to lose it again. This vicious circle is called 'performance anxiety'. If you can break this cycle, erections often return naturally.

Anxiety, tiredness, stress, guilt and relationship problems can all contribute to loss of erection at time of intercourse.
