Well, first off I just want to say, the choice of what you do to/with your body is always yours NOT A GUYS.
But it's pretty simple..you just use a razor like you would when shaving your legs...and use some shaving cream or conditioner so you don't cut yourself that badly. Try the Venus Razors and like a scented shaving cream.
*If this is your first time, you may want to first trim the hair with scissors so it's not as much to have to shave off. And remember, shving makes hair come back really soon..I mean it won't be all grown in by the next day, but you'll have some hair there. You may also experience some discomfort like itching or possible razor burn. Put a soothing lotion (Like baby lotion) on the area after shaving (Not inside the vaginal area)
Note: Never Nair your hair down there, but you could get it waxed off of get just a bikini wax..But you're 13 so I'm not sure your mom would go for the whole waxing thing. Anyways, yah. If you have any more questions, let me know. :)
