Sorry.. didn't know which catagory to put this in.. but here goes:
Its kind of hard to explain this.. but like when something upsets me.. at first im fine with it.. like i can accept it.. but just a little while later.. i get depressed about it. Like seriously depressed. Or sometimes.. i can be in a great mood.. and just all of a sudden.. im depressed for no reason at all.
One of my friends said it could be a disease called Bipolar... Does anyone know anything about bipolar? like what it is.. and what it does to you.. or anything like that...
Or if u could find me a good site about it.. i'd appreciate it!
I have located a great website for you to visit. Though I'm trying to doubt my fellow advice givers you should get your information from a reliable source. Im not a doctor and neither are they.

You can be happy as ever one minute and then depressed as ever the next. It could also just be part of your hormonal changes. I had major depression for a year and a half and it also was like bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder does n't mean that you're crazy, just to make things clear. Bipolar means your moods go back and forth between two extream emotional states. Bipolar is a type of depression because when you're feeling depressed you feel sad and hopeless for long periods of time and the "manic" is you feeling extreamly angry irritable or happy. You could have LOTS of energy and have never ending confidence. This can happen as little as several times a year to once a day or 24/7. Symptoms of mania (Bipolar disorder) are: *Feelings of exceptionally high energy, happiness, and creativity. *Extream irritability. *A tendancy to be easily distracted. *A decreased need for sleep. *Racing thoughts and hyper-alertness. *Increased moving and talking *Grandiose ideas, over confidence, and/or a feeling of being invincible. Talk to your guidance counselor and you could get things straightened out. Whatever you do, if they suggest you get put on medication for it, do not take it. It only makes things worse. I know first hand. Hope this helped. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
Bi-Polar Disorder, also known as Manic Depression, is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. Your best bet, if you think you may have it, is setting up an appointment with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychoanalysist. They can put you in testing and determice whether or not you are afflicted with Bi-polar or if it's another type of mental health disorder.
It can range from extreme depression for a long period of time to mania for a period of time. The site above will give any and all information to help you learn and get a better understanding of the illness. [ Draak's advice column | Ask Draak A Question ]

I am so sorry to hear about these horrible ordeals but I'd have to agree with your friend. It does seem like you are a bipolar person.
Bipolar people are on top of the world in one second and down in the dumps for the next and they don't realize why. Mozart was one of these people. You must go to www.bipolar.com to see if you really are a deep, true bipolar kind of person. Please let me know how things go and talk to your family and friends about this if they'll understand.
Stay beautiful,
Shana [ Juicy's advice column | Ask Juicy A Question ]
