dating dilemma with mother
i have this problem right now with my boyfriend... i lied to him about a few things and he found out about it and now we have major trust issues. at first he didnt wanna forgive me but i guess now he realizes he really does love and care about me and wants to forgive me. ok next problem, now my mom says i cant see him anymore b/c hes too old, ive been seeing this guy for 4 months now and she knows how i feel about him, i dont know how to make her understand that shes really making a mistake by stopping our relationship. i mean me and this guy are really really in love with each other. she loves him to death but doesnt like the fact that hes 4 yrs older. im 15 .. hes 19 .. it seems kinda bad but its not. i mean as long as nothing sexual is there he cant really get in trouble. so do you have any advice you can give me.

of course i have an answer for you! ok well i think its really good that your bf is so forgiving and yall love eachother so much so im glad all thats good. but to get to your question about with your mother. i think that you should sit down with her and try not to yell but talk to her about all of it and how you do think you love him and yall dont do anything sexual and there are plenty of girls dating older guys but usually they lie about it so point out that you did tell her the truth. and after you sit down and talk with her ... invite the guy over and tell her you just want her to see your view and how you feel and talk to her about how much yall do care and even if yall dont last (which i hope yall do) you will still have feelings for him bc everyone that you loved once you will always love no matter what. so just try talking to her about it and pointing it all out to her. you really arent supposed to be dating him but since yall dont do bad things then its not really illegal he can only get in trouble if yall have sex or something or yall get caught. i hope this helps you out! good luck! -kayla
