Well,you can always buy the thicker,more crayon-like pencils that practicaly smudge themselves.A good one is Bad Gal by Benefit.But the number 1 way to smudge your liner is to draw a thick line on your lash line and then take a q-tip(prefferably those with the pointed tips!)and run it along your liner in a back and forth motion very lightly.That is a sure fire way to smudge your eyeliner!!Hope this helps! :)

well whn i do it..i put alot on thn like wipe it around wit my finger an dit smuges..i dont know if it`ll work on yah but try it..

get a sponge like thing a softer sponge and and rub it over your eyeliner

1) put on the eyeliner
2) take a q-tip and put a tiny bit of vaseline on the end
3) brush the eyeliner LIGHTLY w/ the q-tip
4) you should have a sexy little smudge
