Ok, if I was in your position, I would sit down and have a big talk with your boyfriend. Explain to him that it hurts you how he still says "I love you" to his ex-girlfriend. He shouldn't even be doing that to you anyways. Just explain everything to him and he'll understand. If he doesn't, then just forget about him and move on lol. That's what I would do!
