im not a virgin

okay im 15 and i never used a tampond.. like i wanna use one but im soo scared that i might get some kind of diease or it might get stuck up there.. but i wanna use one.. and everytime i try to put it in me.. it never wants to go up..
why cant i use one?

And ive also been going with my boyfriend for a while.. and we both wanna have sex, but we never have a place.. do you have any tips where i can find a spot or do it?

and i when you give head do you have to spit or swallow.. like when he starts to come cant you just like leave it alone? Isnt that what your suppose to do...
