I'm telling you why your question was not approved. People need to stop putting "DON'T DELETE THIS QUESTION" and various other annoying things. It has absolutely no effect on whether or not the moderators will delete it, and it usually has the opposite effect. It stick out from the rest of the question and leads us to believe that you think your question deserves to be deleted. If you think your question deserves to be deleted, then why should it stay on the site?
Try asking the question with proper grammar, leave out that comment, and you'll have a much better chance of your question being approved.
