Hair Confusion

hey i have tan skin beach blonde hair thats 4 inches past my shoulders and green eyes. I'mgetting my hair done this weekend wut do u think i should do with lowlights or layers or wut?

I think layers would look cute. If they ask whether you want short layers or long layers, then say Long, because if you'd rather them be short you can always get that changed, but if you get short layers and don't like them u'd have to wait for them to grow.
