OK im getting my hair n im not sure wut i should do its like 3 or 4 inches past my shoulder... and its like beach blonde... i have tan skin green eyes and braces wut do u think i should do should i get lowlites like undernath or wut tell me any ideas that u think might look good thanks!

You should get layers and low lights and highlights all throughout your head. For the cut, get layers, not too short but short enough so you can put it up in a pony tail. it's easier to work with.

listen to me im a fashion fanatic i know hair like i kno my best friend. cut your hair to the end of your neck. get it layered and taypered. this will look really cute n sexy. its origanal...i mean alot of people have it but it should give you alot of complaments..
