i can't figure out how you got the [ view ] part of each question/answer to say [ xo ]! i mean i know HTML, but i can't find the spot where you change it!

could you please help me out, lorelei?

in the column settings, you need to create a new style. then when it asks for the style base, choose the style you're using right now. save it and then edit it again. Scroll down to the "Question/Answer layout" and change [view] to whatever you want.
