lately my best friend has seemed kind of unfriendly 2 me... she'll talk 2 me still but still seem kinda bored and like she has other things 2 do... i dont get it... i know i should talk 2 her but thats easier said then done... AdViCe?!?!?!

Your best friend may just be getting distracted with school, family, sports, etc. You have to remind her that you two have to plan something to do this weekend and have just girl time so you guys can catch up on what has been happening around you.
Just call her up - I mean, she is your best friend and all - you should be able to discuss anything (including in which direction your friendship is going) and she should be open to hear it all =)

well some friendships tend to fade. maybe you 2 need to start hanging out more and try to make things more fun, shes acting like she has better things to do because she probly does.

I was in this same case and i dint wanna tell my friend either but finally i did. All u have to say is look is there sumthin goin?r u mad at me? then ur friend will get what ur syaing and if shes truly ur friend, shell respect that and explain y shes been actin this way. If its easier u shud email her or write her a letter so its not in person.
