my friend wants me peirce her belly button but i havent ever done it b4 i kno that you numb it with ice but will it bleed alot ...can you just tell me how to peirce it ...like from beginning to end!

No, I can't tell you how to do it. I've never been stupid enough to pierce my own belly button, and everyone I know who has, had it in for less than a month, sometimes less than a week, and then it would get so infected, turn out completely crooked, or just completely get rejected by the skin and push out itself. They ended up with a horrible scar. Does your friend want that?
Go to a PROFESSIONAL. You can't just get anyone to pierce a body part, especially someone who has never even done it. These people at piercing salons have hopefully been doing it for years on many different people, and have been trained before even touching someone's skin.
If your friend is 16 or older, then tell her to try to find a way to convince her mother that she is responsible enough to get a navel piercing. She will definately only show how irresponsible she is if she tries to do it on her own. If she's over 18, then tell her to go to a piercing salon herself, they can also tell you everything you need to know about how to care for your piercings.
And if she's under 16, most states will not allow you to get a piercing even if you have your parents permission. But hey, if your close to Canada, most places across the border will let you get a piercing if you look old enough... from my experience at least.
