Im not to sure what to really tell you about this, but if you think that you have a real problem then block all the sites and stuff and just try to stay away from it. and if its actually that serious then get some support from a friend or from another person you are close too to help you out with it. We all go through certain things and stuff im sure youll forget about it and it all be over. hope i helpd
