hey...i have three younger brothers myself , and i know how it feels to get s0oo0o pissed off at them. Sometimes i have to work on not yelling and screaming at them so much, but its hard. Maybe your taking anger out oon your brothers because ur mad at omething / someone else. I know thats what i do sometimes. Try ur best just to control yourself and think before you scream. When you wanna scream at them...stop yourself and maybe go in your room for quiet time.Clean, watch tv, do hw , or something until your anger dies down and ur brothers stop annoying you. I play 3 sports tooo so i understand the pressure and all that....but still...verbally abusing ur brother..whos gona be there for u for the rest of ur life...isnt good. Im trying to not yell as much also...so we`re in the same boat. Hope i helped?
