If you REALLY feel these things excercise, and get some cute outifts and makeup to make you feel the way you want to, or even a haircut, you'll feel fresh and renewed. About meeting people, its not a task at all i sware. If its the hardest thing you have to do in life your in luck . Making friends comes naturally Pre-Kers do it, you should be find. Just go up to someone and say hi, or if you see a cute guy, introduce yourself, common dont be scared. You need to help yourself feel good :-D
