ur dad lost 100 lbs eating 6 meals a day?

I want more info! I dont want to lose 100 lbs, but 20-30! I saw that you said your dad lost 100 by doing six small meals..like can u explain it more in detail and ask ur dad 4 tips, thanks and i rate!

it wasnt just eating 6 meals a day. he had to excersize also because he was basically getting ready to die from a heart attack or sumthin. wut u do is start off in the mornin with like a bowl of fruit or cereal, w/e just sumthing to fill u for a lil while. then u eat like 3-4 hours later and make sure your eating healthy foods. u can snack on chips if you want but dont just eat a bunch of junk food. but basically he eats every 3-4 hours, just small meals to fill him up and it raised his metabolism. he also excersizes and stuff to speed his metabolism and get fit. he runs and does sit ups. its not much but it worked for him so i guess it could work for anyone! lol.
