wow your advice was really great to me. I dotnt wanna kill myself but it did get worse. Yesterday was my moms b-day and she cried tears of HATE . he ought her the cake he liked called her terrible names and they dont even talk now. My friends parents just went through this and there divorced.....
What am I gonna do?

Your father definitely seems unstable, and I think the healthiest thing for you and your mother to do right now is get as far away from him as possible.
I know talking to your mother about this might seem like the last thing in the world you want to do, it may be the best, if not only, solution. It's very possible the reason she's staying with him is for your benefit, so if she's aware of the entire picture she'll be able to see how much better off both of you would be without him.
It may seem terrible because you two wouldn't have as much money, maybe not even a steady income (Depends on what your mother's financial situation if you two left him), but think about how great it would be to live without your father's harrassment, verbal abuse, etc. There's always ways of getting help financially (Food stamps, job possibilities, etc).
