ok... there is this guy i like, he doesnt talk to me anymore but he used to talk to me alot! when im around him he acts different from wat he is normaly like. my mom and his mom both think that he likes me but i dont think he does.... i mean wouldnt he talk to me? or at least say hi every now and then? PLZ HELP! <3 -confused-

Well, it does sound like he likes you, but i can't be sure. This happened to me too! I liked this guy and i thought he liked me and he used to talk to me alot, then he just quit. It turned out he was a mega loser. With your situation it does sound liek he likes you, since you like him, try to keep the lines of communication open, say hi in the hallways, Ask if he saw that new movie, or last nights episode of ____.
