Hi,
i dont not know you but you seem realli cool.. i need your help big time... i think im fat... i weigh 96 pounds and im 5'3 ish.. and all i eat a day is lunch.. and i kno its not healthy but i need to lose weight i think ... do you have ne suggestions on how to eat healthy and lose weight at the same time.

MaDe_Ya_LoOk_x3 answered Wednesday September 1 2004, 4:39 pm: i have that problem sometimes.. and what i do.. is i eat what i want.. i dont care what people think.. and then.. if u do feel fat.. then run once or twice a day.. and if u still feel fat.. juss run more and more.. or get involved with people and activites like sports to get u in shape.. with feeling good about yourself.. and gettin skinnier.. u`ll also start to feel good.. and u can still eat what u want. hope i helped..
